Our condo is located in the exclusive and beautiful Del Mar Beach Club. It is a secure, gated complex with all of the amenities: 4 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, a great workout room and private beach access a few feet from the condo. It is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, pails, shovels…everything you’ll need for a fabulous day at the beach! The gourmet kitchen, dining and living area enjoy views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean! The unit has a nice size living room that overlooks the ocean and may have one of the all time great views. It has a 55 inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD, cable and WiFi, a large sectional sofa. Dining table and area seat 7. Master has King size bed, flat screen TV and DVD.
