Many current wines in bulk and bottled have won numerous national and international awards and recognition. The brand Is well-recognized and has room to expand with adjunct branding and brand lines. The owner intends to sell the winery as a turn-key operation including all assets, branding, rights, trademarks, and licensing. With a strong personal guarantee, the owners may provide up to 80% seller finance at competitive rates. The name Koi Zen Cellars Inc (Koi Zen Cellars brand name) is a registered C-Corporation in the state of California and has all required registration and seller permits in place. Recently the CRV account has been established with the state. The current owners own 100% of all stock. As a C-Corporation, the transfer of ownership is simplified and provides personal protection. Koi Zen Cellars is a TTB-bonded 02 Winery at both the federal and state level. This license allows the winery to produce, buy, and sell alcoholic beverages made from fruit. Few restrictions apply and the licensing fee is minimal at approximately $120/year. There are no current restrictions or recitals on production limits which is unusual.
